Sport doesn't just have physical benefits. It's also a great way to socialise, have fun and improve your wellbeing.Sport helps you look good and feel great, Sport also helps you be healthy and improves your fitness. Many athletes do better academically. Playing sports helps you with stress and pressure. Playing sport means keeping a healthy diet and a lot of training.

To be a good athlete, you must take care of yourself. If you want to play sport sweets and junk food are not an option and your diet will have to be a lot stricter. You will have to eat a lot of brain food including fruit,vegetables and meat for protein. You will need to keep track of what you eat so you stay fit.

Being a sports player takes a lot of practice and a lot of fitness but the training and fitness is all good for you. Sport improves many valuable skills  such as passing,throwing,catching and strategy. It also teaches you teamwork.

Playing club sports helps you meet a lot new people. Participating in sports improves your health in many ways plus its extremely  enjoyable. School sports are good times -===to start and if you enroll for a school or club sport. one of the main problems is you need to enroll before the season not in the middle of the season. so keep an eye out for the start of sports seasons.

Sport is good for me, if it reveals how powerful our bodies are. But sport is of no use if it contradicts my human nature. It should be naturally but not artificially driven. I am for sport that does not cheat nature and is a real competition of strength and physical might.So in the future I hope to be seeing more of you playing sports and join a local club or a school team today.
